Wildcat Freight Station (Alan's)
Lemuel Allen built this station in 1863 along a road which closely followed James Simpson's original route and the Pony Express Trail. It was operational until about 1867. Wildcat Freight Station also appeared on maps as Alan's or Allen's Station.
