Warehouse - The 96' by 32' warehouse was constructed of solid concrete and measured 13' tall. The railroad spur used to be adjacent, and the warehouse contained a storekeeper's office. An 8' concrete platform surrounded the building, and sat 4' above the yard level.
Precipitation and Refining Building - The Precipitation and Refining building was constructed of reinforced concrete. Half of the first story held two rectangular tanks, above which sat four Merrill-Crowe presses. The remainder of the building was used for refining, and contained a reverberatory furnace as well as a vault for bullion storage. The doors and windows used to be guarded by heavy metal grates.
Assay Office and Testing Plant - The assay office was once two-story. The bottom, built of reinforced concrete, contained equipment for testing and sample grinding. The second, consisting of a steel frame and covered with metal lath and cement plaster, contained a furnace, laboratory, and mill superintendent's office.
