Buena Vista Campground

The Buena Vista Campground was a recreation area built in 1934-35 by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) to serve visitors to the new Valley of Fire State Park. Amenities included a two-room cabin like those near the park's main road, picnic ramada, campstoves, fire pit and pit toilets.
